Hors d’oeuvres:

  • Dennis’s World Famous Spicy Herbed Garlic Stuffed Shrimp
  • Crudité Platter: Assorted Veggies and Dips
  • Antipasto Platter: Assorted Imported Meats and Cheeses with olives, grilled eggplant, roasted red peppers, assorted crackers, spicy grain mustard, hummus, and crusty bread.

Salad:

  • Classic Caesar with Homemade Parmesan Croutons

Entrée:

  • Grilled Salmon with Sundried Tomato Pesto Crust accompanied by Peppered Parsley Pilaf and Seasonal Fresh Green Veggies.
  • Chicken Boursin - Broiled Chicken Breast with Boursin Cheese, Sautéed Baby Spinach, and Crisp Bacon accompanied by Roasted Red Potatoes with EVOO and Fresh Herbs and Seasonal Fresh Green Veggies.

Dessert:

  • Chocolate Fondue Fountain- Warm Flowing Chocolate accompanied by Fresh Strawberries, Cherries, Bananas, Angel Food Cake, Graham Crackers and Marshmallows, Pretzel Rods, Oreos, and whatever else I run across that tastes great dipped under warm flowing chocolate. A sure crowd pleaser!
